Massachusetts Department of Public Health Survey
Congratulations to the entire D'Youville staff on a very successful annual survey conducted by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Five surveyors from DPH conducted an extensive review of the entire facility from August 3rd through August 6th. The comprehensive survey included reviewing patient records, facility policies, and interviews with residents, staff and family members. D’Youville received no deficiencies during this intensive review!
2009 DPH Nursing Home Consumer Satisfaction Survey
In another survey which was conducted by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, survey forms were mailed to family members of residents of all long term care facilities in Massachusetts. The response rate by D'Youville's family members of residents was remarkable at 68% compared to the statewide average of 64%.
Of the nursing facilities in Lowell, Chelmsford, Billerica, Westford and Tewksbury, D'Youville is not only the largest facility, but we received the highest satisfaction rating. We received an overall Satisfaction score of 4.63 on a scale of 1 to 5, with 99% of families willing to recommend D'Youville to friends and family.

According to a recent survey conducted by Market Surveys of America, D'Youville Senior Care has been voted Best Nursing Residence in Greater Lowell for the 10th consecutive year! The survey represents responses from approximately 2000 residents from the greater Lowell area.
