Our Services – Hospice Care

D'Youville's Hospice Care is a supportive program that provides palliative care to terminally ill patients while attending to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of both the patients and their family.

Our interdisciplinary team of nursing, social services, pastoral care, and case management staff work with the Visiting Nurses Association of Greater Lowell and Merrimack Valley Hospice to provide pain control and symptom management for our patients and to support and educate their family members.
