Naomi Prendergast
President and CEO Naomi Prendergast joined D'Youville Senior Care in January 2004. Her diverse background in extended care includes working with free standing skilled nursing facilities, hospital-based transitional care units, and assisted living residences in not-for-profit, privately owned, and corporate arenas. A licensed nursing home administrator with over 25 years of health care experience. Naomi holds her Master in Public Health degree from Boston University. She maintains an active role in the healthcare industry and is a member of the Board of Directors of both the Massachusetts Extended Care Federation and MassAging.

In line with the mission of D'Youville Senior Care, Naomi strives to enhance the quality of our residents' lives, as well as those of our staff, by generating an atmosphere of compassion and respect and by deepening our ties in the community.

Mark Altenweg
Treasurer

Mark Altenweg, CPA
Mark Altenweg joined D'Youville's senior management team in November of 2003, and has more than 13 years of experience in healthcare finance. He has 7 years of public accounting experience and has held financial leadership roles at several long-term care facilities. Most recently, he was Regional Controller at Seacoast Health Center in Hampton, New Hampshire. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and holds his Master of Science in Corporate Finance from Bentley College.

Lisa Couture
Foundation Director

Lisa Couture
Lisa Couture joined the Foundation at the inception of its fundraising program. Lisa has over 13 years of experience in marketing and fundraising. Working with national and regional non-profits across a broad range of industries including healthcare, Catholic-based, food banks, and foundations, she has managed programs that have collectively generated over $30 million in contributions. Lisa holds her Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University's School of Management.
