Employees scheduled for 22.5 hours or more are also eligible for a company match.
  • Voluntary Life and Disability insurance.  These benefits are available to employees scheduled to work more than 22.5 hours per week after completing 90 days of employment.

  • Paid time off.  Employees who work 22.5 or more hours per week earn paid vacation and sick time.  We also observe eight holidays through the year: New Year's Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.  In addition, employees may be eligible for a Floating Holiday during the year.  
  • Tuition Reimbursement.  Through Tuition Reimbursement, we encourage our staff to further their careers in long-term care.  Tuition assistance is available to staff working 22.5 or more hours per week.
  • D'Youville U. The D'Youville University program provides professional development for D'Youville employees.  Physicians and other healthcare experts speak about a wide range of healthcare topics. Staff receive a complimentary lunch plus one Contact Hour for each program attended.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts. Flexible spending accounts are available to employees scheduled to work at least 22.5 hours per week after completion of 90 days of employment.
