D'Youville Diamonds are the staff who, like a beautiful diamond gem, add sparkle to our organization. D'Youville Diamonds take pride in how they do their job, are dependable, are team players, are safety - conscious, and are Mission-driven.

Each month the D'Youville Diamond Selection Committee chooses one employee from among all employees nominated, and this person will be named the D'Youville Diamond for the month. The person recognized receives:

• A gift certificate
• A special parking space located in front of our building
• A coupon that can be redeemed for one day off with pay
• A special D'Youville Diamond pin
• An article in the D'Youville Dispatch employee newsletter
• A reception when the announcement is made
  

D'Youville Diamond for June

Hannah joined the D'Youville Team in June 2009. Many of her patients have expressed how attentive and responsive she is to their needs. She provides compassionate, gentle care. When patients know she is scheduled to work on an evening, they seem to truly look forward to her being there. Hannah always goes above and beyond what is required and is truly a team player.
